Antique Weymann Keystone State High Grade Bowl Back Mandolin Mandolute Pat. 1886
What a treasure of an instrument here, an antique mandolin from one of the best antique makers, out of PA, Weymann. They made both mandolins and coined the moniker mandolute for some of their instruments that also had 8 strings and similar scale lengths,  and we believe (but cannot state positively) that this is one of those.  Please see pictures for details and message with any questions!
