Beautiful piece of Westmoreland cobalt blue cut glass.  Measures about 3 3/4″ square and 4 1/2″ tall.  The quilt pattern is a nice deep cut.  Probably from the 1940’s.  Quite a rare piece in this color.
Westmoreland is marked on the bottom of the dish and inside the cover.  No chips or cracks.  Very good condition.
