2. Do not try to force the insert to fit your watch if it is not the right size.
3. These inserts are made with ceramic and easy to break.
4. These items are aftermarket replacement. They won’t be perfect as the OEM / Original version as you purchase in boutique store. But they will work or fit most watch model collection. Please double check your own size and reference detail and review our detail size in description before you purchase them.
5. Many watches appear the same but may be different in case size or year model. We would like to avoid any returns or exchanges. We are also an email away to assist with any questions you may have.
6. If there is a problem with item you receive, please contact us before leaving any feedback and wait for our email. We should be able to resolve the problem. They might come with some small hair scratches with them. But it will be reasonable.

2. We offer free returns within 14 days from the date you received it.
3. Your Item needs to have the receipt or Proof of purchase.
4. We require buyer to return the item to our original location in its original packing, along with a copy of the original invoice. Returned stock item must be in condition for resell(original) or they cannot be accepted.
5. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
6. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days. Depending on your card issuer’s policies.

*** Shipping Policy ***
1. All orders are processed the same day (if order is paid by 3 PM PT) or within 24 hours of confirmed payment, excluding weekends and holidays.
2. Please Note: We have a 1 day processing time for all orders.
3. Orders processed on Friday are shipped out the next business day, usually on Monday.
4. We do offer combine shipping for multiple item order. The estimate shipping cost will depend on the value and weight.
5. Payments made by PayPal are shipped to the confirmed address provided by PayPal.
